Hypnosis Is A Naturally Occurring Phenomenon
By admin | September 24, 2007
For many people, the word ‘hypnosis’ immediately calls to mind an image of some mystical, all-powerful being, forcing you to stare into his/her eyes and do whatever is commanded of you in a zombie-like fashion.
As interesting as it might be to believe this, NOTHING could be further from the truth…
Hypnosis is simply a state of complete relaxation, one of the most natural states a person can find himself or herself in. And not only is hypnosis 100% natural, it’s also something we all experience every single day.
Think of the last time you stared into the flames of a fire, or sat gazing out the window on a rainy afternoon. You fall into a trance, and before you know it, you can’t remember where the time has gone or what you’ve been doing for the last half hour!
So we know that hypnosis is a naturally occurring phenomenon. And yet there are a lot of popular misconceptions that have grown up around hypnosis over the years.
Those misconceptions get shatterered once and for all in this blog post!

Hypnosis is POWER
By admin | September 21, 2007
That’s right.
Hypnosis gives you the power to control the way people think and to influence the things they do. Through hypnosis you can help a person stop smoking, cure insomnia, learn a new skill, conquer any fear, and cure any bad habit.
If entertainment is your goal, you can hypnotize a person to quack like a duck, dance like a maniac, fall in love with you or forget their own name.
Hypnosis gives you the power to change anything in your life, the power to help people overcome often debilitating habits and phobias, the power to keep an audience spellbound and on the edge of their seats.
And the even better news is that ANYONE can learn how to do this, just by knowing how the process works.
If you want to learn more, why not grab your copy of The Secrets of REAL Hypnosis now and get a head start on the competition?

6 Common Hypnosis Myths Dispelled
By admin | September 20, 2007
Myth No. 1 – Hypnosis is dangerous
Wrong. You can enter a state of hypnosis simply by staring at the flames of an open fire. Or you can fall into a light trance when you’re driving in your car. Or you can experience hypnosis when you’re concentrating on something so completely that you become oblivious to everything else around you. So you’ll be happy to know that hypnosis is entirely natural and totally safe.
Myth No. 2 – Hypnosis makes people do things against their will
Not true. Whether a person is hypnotized or not, no one can be made to do anything against their will. Not only that, but it’s impossible to hypnotize ANYONE unless they WANT to be hypnotized.
Myth No. 3 – Hypnosis only works on weak-minded people
This is also completely false. In fact, the more intelligent the subject, the easier it is to hypnotize him or her. This is because subjects must be able to focus, use their imagination and follow instructions carefully. So the cleverer you are the better.
Myth No. 4 – Hypnosis makes people tell the truth
Wrong again. Hypnosis relaxes people, putting them initially into a mild trance and allowing their subconscious minds to come to the fore. This is the seat of their imagination and creativity, so if anything it becomes even EASIER to exaggerate the truth or ‘make things up’ when under hypnosis.
Myth No. 5 – Hypnosis can cause people to get stuck in a trance and never come out
A resounding NO to this one. It has never happened and it will never happen, because it is impossible. Even if the hypnotist forgot about you, left the building and flew to Hong Kong, you’d wake up sooner or later. Either you’d get bored, you’d just snap out of it or you’d fall asleep, waking up when you were ready.
Myth No. 6 – Following hypnosis the subject is unable to remember anything
Wrong again. You can only be hypnotized when you’re awake, although being in a trance gives the illusion of sleep. So because you’re awake, you can remember everything that happens to you. If you participate in a stage hypnotist’s show, you might not WANT to remember everything, but you will!
